This B&B guest house is next to the 5 locks of the Caledonian Canal, within walking distance of Fort Augustus, the village, which is part of the Great Glen Way. Caledonian House was originally built in the 1860s and was used as Campbell’s Tea Room in the 1900's. It has a good location for exploring the sights of the Highlands, including Loch Ness and the islands of Syke, Mull, Iona and Rhum.
