The Waterwheel Inn is part of a hotel that dates back to 1600 and unsurprisingly its original use was a mill. The large waterwheel still features in the restaurant. One of the main advantages of the Inn is its accessible location on the A93, the road running between Aberdeen and Braemar. Both Aberdeen airport and the train station are approximately a 15 minute drive away and the local bus service into Aberdeen is very handy from the Inn. Aberdeen, also known as 'The Granite City', is Scotland’s third largest city. Guests can enjoy a vast array of shops, culture, restaurants, bars and clubs.
